Æ is currently writing incognito pending his transition from employment to self-employment. He is a seasoned professional who has spent a good chunk of his 22-year career in the banking industry.

Æ’s speciality is helping senior executives navigate through disruption, change and uncertainty. He has spent much of his career in London and Asia helping to reshape businesses with complex cultural issues in tough environments. He particularly enjoys the challenges of nurturing growing businesses: keeping people motivated, committed and on track to maximize their productivity and engagement as they climb the steepest part of the growth curve.
